Attention passengers
In July 2026, Domodedovo International Airport will introduce an updated passenger service technology, which will reduce the time passengers spend on pre-flight formalities.
As part of the optimization of the terminal space, check-in for international and domestic flights will be carried out in a single area of Terminal T2. At the same time, the service for international flights departure and arrival, as before, will take place in the T2 gallery, and domestic flights in the D gallery of Terminal T1.
The new organization of the space will reduce the time spent moving around the terminal, make the customer journey more convenient and improve the quality of service provided by the airport.
The airlines and commercial partners of the airport have been informed in advance about the upcoming changes. Passengers will also receive the necessary information through partner airlines.
The entire infrastructure for special categories of passengers will continue to operate in full.
Specialized services are available for travelers who require special attention, as well as for families with children, including 24-hour mother and baby rooms and high-comfort lounges.
In addition, modern business lounges continue to operate in the terminals, providing a high level of comfort for passengers on domestic and international flights.
